Caring for the community

In 2019, Grand Residences joined seven other hotels in giving a Puerto Morelos school a much-needed facelift. Staff painted buildings, classrooms, desks and chairs and made other improvements so that pupils and teachers can have a cleaner, brighter study environment.
The school they visited is the Primaria General Adolfo López Mateos on Rafael E. Melgar, opposite El Merkadito.
Grand Residences volunteers also join local beach and street cleaning campaigns. One week they clean the beach, the following week they take to the streets to pick up trash and trim grass and shrubs.
