At the Helm of the Spa

We are sure you would like to join us in welcoming Israel Ramirez, the new Spa Manager, to the Grand Residences team.

Israel studied massage techniques and a variety of spa and salon treatments in Cancun and complemented his practical knowledge with a Diploma in Spa Administration from La Salle University.

Before joining the Grand Residences team, he worked as a therapist and spa receptionist, before moving into a supervisor and administrative role in hotels and resorts in Cancun and the Riviera Maya, including Melody Maker, Hacienda Tres Rios and Royal Sunset. This gives him ample experience in all aspects of Spa management.

Israel is a people person with an excellent manner, service oriented and with plans to add new experiences to the Spa collection. Look out for an interview with him in the next edition of this newsletter and on your next visit to Grand Residences we hope that you will spend the morning at the Spa.
