The Grand Residences Owner Services team

We would like to share some information about a change in the Grand Residences team. Member Relations Manager Julio Ibarra will be taking over the responsibilities of the Grand Residences Owner Services Manager position and will be offering you the personalized attention services you are accustomed to.

Claudia Ramirez is returning to the Concierge department, and we thank her for her dedication and wish her every success.

Many of you already know Julio who has been with the company since 2005 and is a much-loved member of the Royal Resorts family. When Grand Residences opened in 2013, he worked as Owner Liaison Assistant Manager, reporting to Catherine Duda, for a year before becoming a Welcome Team Supervisor in 2014. In 2017, he was appointed as Guest Relations Manager, overseeing all Royal Resorts properties in Cancun and Playa del Carmen. Friendly and professional, he pays attention to every detail and is always ready to assist owners and members with information and requests. Rest assured that he will work tirelessly on your behalf in his new position.
