We are thrilled to be having a Fourth of July reopening at Grand Residences. We can’t wait to welcome all our returning owners and members to their home away from home.

We have lined up new dining experiences and activities for you and your family to enjoy during your stay, many of them outdoors so that you can enjoy our spectacular views, the sound of the waves and the soft breeze.
Your residence gives you plenty of space to unwind and move about without feeling confined as you would in a hotel room. You can order in from our Room Service menu, or from the Protein Menu if you want to cook in your gourmet kitchen, and sit down for a family meal in your dining room followed by a movie. And whether it’s morning coffee, lunch or afternoon cocktails, your private terrace is always perfect for alfresco living.
We have been working to prepare for your return with a new level of hygiene and care called the Royal Care Standard that goes hand in hand with the rigorous Leading Hotels of the World® and Distintivo H standards we already comply with.
The Royal Care Standard encompasses additional health and safety protocols throughout the resort, in your residence, guest areas, our restaurants and bars, and the gourmet food market; in the kids club, the gym and spa; on the pool deck and beach and back of the house in offices and employee areas.
