Festive Fare this Christmas

We hope you’ll join us for a sumptuous spread this holiday season, with tempting dinners and buffets for Christmas and New Year.

Book your table for dinner on Christmas Eve. On the menu are kromeskies with snails in Burgundy, citrus salmon salad with blinis and butternut squash, shrimp and coconut soup with a hint of aromatic Oriental spices. The main course is a choice of tender beef fillet in hibiscus sauce with duck foie gras and creamy polenta or a grouper fish steak in morel sauce with asparagus, baby spinach and gnocchis. A traditional white chocolate Yule log with red berries is the perfect finale to a memorable meal.

Join us to ring in 2018 on December 31 with a New Year’s Eve gourmet dinner and party. The five-course menu features Beef Wellington or Dover Sole and other treats. The festivities include a mariachi serenade, DJ, music for dancing and a cotillion per person.

Start 2018 by ordering a bottle of bubbly to go with a splendid New Year’s Day brunch featuring smoked salmon, charcuterie and cheeses, salad bar, prime rib, roast chicken, lobster, curried shrimp, slow-cooked lamb and many more sublime dishes.
