The construction team is in the final stretch preparing to deliver the Phase 2 units. The carpenters are putting the finishing touches to the cabinets, closets and doors throughout the units. The interior walls and the façades are also being given a last coat of paint.
The installation of kitchen appliances such as the fridge, oven and range, dishwasher and wine chiller, curtain rails and TV supports is underway and mirrors and shower doors are being fitted in the bathrooms. Furniture is also being moved into place.
Water and air-conditioning systems are being tested and the wiring for the phones is in process. Outside the units, the electronic locks are being installed and tested and the door number signs are in place.
The units will be ready for occupancy after November 1, 2016.
