As we mentioned in our July 26 email, you will shortly be receiving a certified mail package containing information and forms relating to the General Ordinary Meeting of Owners that will be held on September 19, 2016. The purpose of the Meeting is to vote on the Reconfiguration proposal for Phases 3 & 4 of Grand Residences by Royal Resorts®.
Please watch out for this package and as soon as it arrives send us the signed Voting Form(s) by certified mail if you are in Mexico or by registered mail if you live abroad so that we receive it in a timely manner.
Samples of the documents enclosed in the package that you will be receiving, or may have already received, are also available for consultation online with the exception of the personalized Voting Form(s) that have been sent to you separately by email. Click on the document list below to access them.
If you have already studied the information, have made your decision on how to vote but have not yet received the package, please use the personalized Voting Form(s) sent to your e-mail address if you wish to expedite the voting process. In order to ensure that we receive them in good time, please print, sign and send them by certified mail if you are in Mexico and by registered mail if you live outside Mexico. It is important that you do NOT return any forms via scan in an e-mail, fax, courier, FedEx/UPS or regular mail as they will not be legally valid at the Meeting according to Mexican law.
If for any reason you have not received your personalized Voting Form(s) via email, please contact us at grandresidences@royalresorts.com requesting a personalized voting form for each fraction.
We would like to remind you that you may also attend the Meeting in person or designate someone to represent you with a power of attorney in accordance with the instructions that have been sent out to you.
