We are delighted to be able to share some exciting news about your home away from home. Completion of the Phase 2 buildings at Grand Residences will begin in January 2016 and will be finished by November 1, 2016. This means that Phase 2 units will be ready for occupancy after this date. We will keep you informed as work progresses by publishing photos in your monthly newsletter.
The objective continues to be the completion of the entire resort, including Phases 3 and 4, and the expansion of existing facilities and services such as the Spa by December 2017.
Definitive plans with respect to Phase 3 and 4 will be announced in upcoming newsletters.
