If you are not planning to travel to your home away from home this year and are thinking about renting some of your Grand Residences weeks or perhaps even the Jr. Suite portion of your unit, we hope that you will consider enrolling in the new and improved Grand Residences Elite Rentals program. We have taken the valuable feedback we have received from owners into account and streamlined the rental procedure, simplifying it to make it more user friendly.
The changes include:
- Shorter and simpler rental forms
- All the information you need to complete is now on one page
- No restrictions as to the number of nights that may be enrolled
- Same distribution percentage (60%) regardless of the enrollment date
- Owners of 51 weeks who wish to enroll all their intervals in the rental program may now do so using a single form
- For enrollments of a full fraction or a full interval, owners now have the option to deposit them for one year, multiple years, or in perpetuity.
- New payment methods for rental proceeds are now available: Bank transfers in US Dollars and Mexican Pesos.
