Switching to a Cashless Resort Policy

Starting on April 6, following a corporate standard, Royal Resorts will be implementing a Cashless Resort policy at The Royal Cancun®, The Royal Sands®, The Royal Haciendas® and Grand Residences® by Royal Resorts. For Grand Residences, this means that cash payments will no longer be accepted in our restaurants and bars, the Spa, Gourmet Food Market, to pay for tours and water sports booked with the Concierge or for Special Events.

For their convenience, owners, members and guests will be able to use their room key bracelet to charge purchases to their account or use a debit or credit card.

Cash payments will still be accepted at Hacienda Sisal restaurant in Cancun.

The Front Desk will continue to accept cash as one of the payment options for settling the club bill at checkout.
