Meet Armando Millet, your interim Resident Manager

After the resignation of Daniela Trava for personal reasons, Resort Operations Director Armando Millet Vales will be leading the Grand Residences team as your Resident Manager, on an interim basis. Many of you already know Armando who has overseen resort operations at Royal Resorts since 2005 and is acquainted with every aspect of Grand Residences management.

Armando was born in Merida, Yucatan. He has a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Anáhuac Mayab (1996-2001), a master’s degree in Hospitality Administration from École Hoteliere de Lausanne (2004-2005), A Top Management program IPADE AD-2 diploma from Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección (2011-2012) and a master’s degree in Business and Finance from Universidad TecMilenio (2017-2019).

In 2005, Armando was appointed Corporate Operations Manager, overseeing the Front Desk and Guest Service departments, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, Social Activities and Landscaping at all the resorts.

From 2009 to date, he has held the position of Director of Resort Operations with responsibility for ensuring the excellence and consistency of services offered, the welcoming family ambiance and taking care of our members. He is committed to providing an outstanding vacation experience that exceeds the expectations of members and guests. With his friendly, engaging manner, kindness, and accessible nature, he instills confidence in team members, always inspiring them to go that extra mile in customer service.
