Traditional seasonal treats coming your way
If you are visiting Grand Residences for the holidays, Chef Guido de la Mora and his team have a tempting array of seasonal treats in store for you for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year.
For Thanksgiving, enjoy traditional roast turkey and all the trimmings or choose other gourmet delights from the buffet. They include a salad bar, sushi, cold cuts and cheeses, oysters Rockefeller, Chateaubriand, stuffed pork loin and a selection of desserts.
If you prefer to have Thanksgiving dinner in your residence to relax and watch the football with your family, Room Service has got you covered. The tasty Thanksgiving package has everything you need to serve up a roast turkey dinner for six people. It includes apricot stuffing, green bean casserole, mashed potato, cranberry sauce, gravy and a choice of pumpkin or pecan pie.
Look forward to a sumptuous Christmas Eve buffet. There will be two soups –grilled pear and fennel or lobster bisque– to choose from, a raw bar with a selection of fruits de mer, salad bar, charcuterie and cheese board. Hot dishes range from pastas to the carving station for roast turkey, roast ham, rib-eye, roast pork and salmon Coulibiac and there will be assorted side dishes and desserts.
Our New Year’s Eve celebrations include a gala menu featuring crab tartare and caviar amuse-bouche followed by oxtail consommé with beef-zucchini cannelloni. The choice of main courses is rack of lamb with red berry glaze served with corn polenta, peas and mint or sea scallops with vanilla sauce and grilled vegetables or spaghetti carbonara with Pecorino cheese and shavings of Perigord truffle. A sensational Grand Residences patisserie tray is perfect for enjoying with a glass of bubbly as you ring in the New Year.
Start 2024 in style with the traditional New Year’s Day Brunch. The tasty spread includes fresh fruit and a Smoothie Bar, waffles, pancakes, bagels, cold cuts and cheeses. There is a seafood bar and other dishes include traditional birria, barbacoa, chilaquiles and quesadillas, omelets and a hanging BBQ roast leg of pork. Freshly baked pastries, bread and desserts complete the selection and there is something for everyone in the family.
