A red wine from the Napa Valley is your Sommelier’s recommendation for August dining.

Intense and brilliant carmine red in color, this wine is bold and full bodied with scents of cassis, blackberries, roasted coffee and vanilla. The finish lingers on the palate.

The Venge family has farmed in Napa Valley for nearly 50 years and is one of the area’s wine making pioneers. Venge Silencieux has the AVA (American Viticultural Area) designation given to U.S. wines that stand out due to their terroir.

Pair it with steaks, prime rib, roast beef, casseroles, pastas with meat sauces and venison dishes.
