Wine of the month

Crisp, with delightful aromas of citrus fruit and apple, you can’t go wrong with a chilled bottle of Chablis for an alfresco meal this summer and here’s a favorite as our wine of the month.

Chablis Saint Martin Domaine Laroche 2019

This white wine from Burgundy is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes and is dry, with the fragrance of green apples, lemons and oranges, a suggestion of butter and intense mineral notes on the palate. It has a buttery flavor with a hint of hazelnut, almond and stone and a long finish.

It is the perfect pairing for seafood, including Caribbean lobster served with a buttery sauce, and oysters Rockefeller.
