Cool Cocktails

The colors of the Caribbean are the inspiration for the June cocktail of the month, with love from the Grand Residences bartenders. Called Arrecife (Reef), its fruity flavors are perfect for a summer evening. 

Arrecife

• 2 oz. vodka
• 1/2 oz lime juice
• ½ oz natural sugar syrup
• 1 oz. Blue Curaçao liqueur
• 1 oz. peach liqueur

Add ice to a large glass, add the vodka, peach liqueur, lime juice, syrup and top with the Blue Curaçao, you should have two distinct colored layers. Cheers!
