Cool cocktails

This month’s cocktail is a tangy martini served up with love from the Grand Residences bartenders.

Martini Mary

• Macerated celery
• Tomato juice
• Lime juice
• Chirimico sauce
• 1 oz orange liqueur or you can use orange-flavored tequila
• 2 oz gin
• Orange slices, strawberry and cherry for the garnish

Mix the tomato juice with macerated celery, salt, chirimico sauce (a mix of Tabasco, Worcestershire and Jugo Maggi sauces, lime juice and salt) and a dash of lime juice. Pour into a cocktail shaker with gin and the orange liqueur and blend. Garnish with two slices of orange, a strawberry and cherry.
