Coconut Top
- 2 oz Coconut cream
- 1 oz Coconut concentrate
- 2 oz Evaporated milk
- 2 oz Malibu rum
- 1 oz Kahlua
- 4 slices of Kiwi fruit to garnish
- Ice
Make a frappe with the coconut cream and coconut, evaporated milk, Malibu rum and ice, pour into a glass until it is more than three-quarters full. Then carefully pour in the Kahlua and decorate with Kiwi fruit.
