Sommelier Juan Carlos Espadas will be happy to recommend the perfect pairing for your menu selections and tell you all about the wines you are choosing.

Dinner on the Beach or Terrace

The beautiful, secluded beach is the perfect place for a romantic dinner under the stars with the sound of the waves in the background and a trail of shimmering silver cast by the moon across the sea. Ask your Concierge about planning a dinner with a set menu and a bottle of wine.
