Grand Residences Sommelier Juan Carlos Espadas has picked a vibrant California cabernet sauvignon as our December wine of the month.

Aged in US and French oak barrels for 19 months

An intense ruby red with sparkles the shade of terracotta tiles, this cabernet sauvignon has aromas of ripe blackberries and raspberries with notes of dry grass and wood. Its rich and smooth taste is full of fruit flavors – black cherry, plums and strawberries and a touch of spice, which makes it perfect for the season. Well-balanced, it has a lingering finish, this is a wine to enjoy with friends.
Serve it with dishes such as grilled steaks, pork chops, wild mushrooms, braised ribs and even Argentinian asado with chimichurri sauce.
