Fresh Caribbean lobster and the catch of the day, prime beef cooked to perfection or Mexican, Italian or French cuisine, you’ll find it all here at Grand Residences as you enjoy our gourmet dining choices.

If you are craving traditional Mexican recipes, plan to have dinner in Flor de Canela and choose from a menu featuring a delicious selection of antojitos or snacks for sharing, including different kinds of tacos, panuchos, sopes, tlacoyos and guacamole. Try the aguachile or ceviche or order salad and a soup. Main courses range from Maya-style tikinxic grilled fish and shrimp sautéed in tequila to cochinita pibil, slow-cooked pork from the Yucatan, Oaxaca-style mole and grilled beef with Oaxaca cheese au gratin.

Enjoy traditional ballads performed live by Cielito Lindo on Wednesdays.

An evening at El Faro Grill means delicious food and perfect pairings chosen from the award-winning wine list. Order appetizers and salads with Mediterranean flair such as fritto misto, carpaccio, Greek, caprese, goat cheese or pear and Roquefort salads. Main courses include Steak Diane, spring lamb, duck breast in red wine, tuna with caponata or arugula pesto and fettucine with porcini mushrooms. Be sure to save some space for the desserts, coffee and an after-dinner liqueur.

If you are craving Italian cuisine, then freshly made pasta and other traditional dishes for dinner on the terrace at the Lobby Bar Cafe is the perfect option. Daily except Sundays, adults only. Live music on Monday and Tuesday.

In addition to the gourmet a la carte menu at El Faro Grill, there are also theme nights during the week for your dining pleasure, try the International menu on Monday, seafood fare for Nautical Night on Thursday and French Night on Friday with live music.

The popular Taco Tuesday is now at Heaven Beach Bar. Make your own tacos with an array of tasty, stewed fillings and salsas, grilled steak, shrimp and chicken or munch on crispy tacos dorados, Baja-style shrimp and fish and pastor-style pork tacos. There’s a salad and bread bar, Mexican desserts, live jarocho music from Veracruz and plenty of Mexican ambiance.

Later in the week at Heaven Beach Bar, don’t miss the live guitar music on Saturday and the family BBQ on Sunday evening.
