New Lunch Menu to try at El Faro Grill

Take a break from sunbathing and cool off with a long lunch at El Faro Grill, choosing some exciting new dishes from the menu. Select a crisp white wine from the wine list, a margarita or your favorite Mexican beer, take in the view and enjoy delicious world cuisine.

For starters, choices include chicken satay, Peruvian ceviche and crab cake. Other options are mussel casserole, lettuce tacos with crispy hoisin chicken, salmon with spicy mayo and mango pico de gallo and the subtle Middle Eastern flavors of hummus and baba ganoush with crisp lavash flatbread.

Chef Guido de la Mora has expanded the salad offering with fresh flavors and irresistible combinations such as Thai beef and vegetables with fresh ginger and a hint of spice, beet, mixed lettuce and goat cheese with honey dressing, sautéed mushrooms with arugula, Parmesan, balsamic vinegar and thyme and creamy cauliflower with chipotle chili and lime vinaigrette. There are all-time favorites too, such as Caprese salad and Caesar salad, which you can also request with chicken or shrimp.

Order classic clam chowder, cream of asparagus soup or ask for the chef’s soup of the day.

Then it’s on to the main courses, there are favorites like the Faro burger and beef and vegetable wok and new dishes including steak Diane, chicken supreme and a flavorful chicken tikka masala. Seafood lovers will enjoy the clam capellini, Thai-style grouper, the Mediterranean harra shrimp and almond-crusted salmon and pasta choices such as mushroom fettuccine and rigatoni pomodoro.
