Royal Uno welcomes its first visitors

On June 28, Royal Uno® All Inclusive Resort & Spa welcomed its first guests with a day of activities, cocktails and a mariachi serenade.

The first arrivals were greeted by General Manager Efraín Canto and the Royal Uno team and invited to cut the ribbon declaring the resort officially open.

In the evening, the deck was transformed with all the color and joy of Mexico with a dance show, music, delicious traditional cuisine and mariachi. There was a parade of colorful giant alebrijes on stilts, the fantastical creatures of Mexican folk art that are said to have originated in a dream. Under a star-filled sky and with the sound of the waves in the background, it really was “welcome to Royal Uno, welcome to Cancun, welcome to Mexico.”

Royal Uno offers guests a taste of Authentic Cancun, 540 ocean-view rooms and suites, delectable dining and endless activities and entertainment for unforgettable vacation moments in a beautiful beach setting.

Two more restaurants, Aora® and Miamare® and Alea® Spa are set to open in late summer 2022.
