A huge paella pan full of the ocean’s bounty and flavored with saffron, peas, pimientos and more to the classic Valencian recipe, sizzles during the evening filling the air with irresistible aromas.
Popcorn shrimp with tasty dipping sauces, salads and side dishes such as pasta in pomodoro sauce for your frutti di mare, pilaf-style rice, potatoes au gratin and buttered vegetables complete the main courses.
Flavorful lime pie, mango and basil mousse and creamy passion fruit bavaroise are a delightful finale to this seafood celebration.
