French Night
In more dining news, the popular French Night at El Faro Grill has a new menu full of gourmet dishes for you to try during your vacation.
Starters include duck foie gras with green bean, spinach, fig and nut salad, onion or vichyssoise soup or tomato and goat cheese tart.
Main courses range from Mediterranean-style shrimp with ratatouille, basil pesto and herb salad and salmon with sautéed spinach and bearnaise sauce. Meat lovers will enjoy the tender beef fillet in green peppercorn sauce with comte cheese potatoes, rib-eye with maître d’hôtel butter and pommes frites, herb-crusted lamb fillet with macaire potato cakes and thyme-infused gravy or pork belly with beans, longaniza (Valladolid sausage) and plum sauce.
Smooth chocolate crème brûlée, gateau St. Honoré and Black Forest and pear Belle Hélene are a heavenly finale to a perfect meal.
