This month, our Grand Residences wine journey takes us to the Mendoza Valley, the heart of Malbec country in Argentina.

Grape varieties: 52% Malbec, 21% Merlot, 15% Syrah, 7% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Petit Verdot, 2% Cabernet Franc

This full-bodied red wine has the purple tint associated with Malbecs and is stored in aged French oak barrels for 11 months. It has an intense fragrance with notes of fruit and spices, a pleasant acidity, mature and sweet tannins.

It is the perfect pairing for churrasco grilled beef, an Argentinean-style BBQ, mature cheeses and dark chocolate.
