Cool cocktails

As winter storms rage in northern climes, we could all do with some Mexican Caribbean sunshine. We hope you’ll soon be here, in the meantime, here’s the recipe for a poolside favorite.

Beachcomber

• ¾ oz vodka
• ¾ oz white rum
• 2 oz orange juice
• 2 oz strawberries
• ¼ banana
• 1 oz Kahlua
• ¼ oz grenadine

Blend, serve and enjoy.
