Honoring Mexican Traditions

We thought you would like to see the traditional altar we erected in Flor de Canela restaurant for Día de Muertos, November 1 & 2, to commemorate this important and symbolic day in the Mexican calendar.

From the cempasuchitl marigolds that mark the way for souls to return to earth, to the cross and the offerings of food and drink, everything has a meaning and honors those no longer with us.
