For dinner, order fresh seafood from the Caribbean and Pacific, prime steaks, Mediterranean-inspired dishes and a dash of world cuisine. 

If you are craving authentic Mexican dishes, Flor de Canela offers a selection from all over the country and irresistible appetizers and guacamole for sharing. Enjoy the live Mexican music, order an award-winning wine from Baja California wine country or a Parras vineyard and try one of the premium tequilas. 

 Don’t miss the theme nights during the week in El Faro Grill, Flor de Canela or on the pool deck. They start with the poolside BBQ on Sunday and Italian Night on Monday. Learn all about Mexico’s tastiest snacks during Taco Night on Tuesday and enjoy an Argentine-style grill on Wednesday. Thursday night is Seafood Night and on Friday you have a choice of Caribbean flavors in Flor de Canela or classic French cuisine in El Faro. The theme nights currently have a la carte menus instead of the buffet, but there are plenty of tempting choices, including appetizers, soup, salad, main courses and desserts. In the mood for lunch on the beach? Heaven Grill is the place. Kick off your shoes, sit back and enjoy the incredible Caribbean views with your favorite beer, a plate of Baja-style shrimp or fish tacos and some spicy salsa. 

There’s afternoon tea on the Lobby Bar terrace to enjoy too, with a selection of sandwiches, warm buttered scones and cakes. 

Sometimes all that you want after a day out exploring the Riviera Maya is a relaxing supper in your residence and when that is the case, order from the Room Service menu.
