Each month, Flor de Canela showcases a recipe from a different Mexican state. All are delicious and show the diversity of Mexican cuisine, no wonder UNESCO included it in the World Heritage list in the intangible culture category.

In June diners will be able to try Sopa Tarasca, a tasty soup from the state of Michoacan in western Mexico.

And on the subject of mouthwatering Mexican cuisine, don’t miss Taco Tuesday! An evening of tacos makes a tasty traditional supper.
