Grand Residences and all five Royal Resorts have been awarded the Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence 2016 for outstanding service. For Grand Residences, already rated No. 1 Resort in the Puerto Morelos Area, it is yet another accolade.
Trip Advisor gives the Certificate of Excellence to resorts, restaurants and other visitor attractions that consistently score outstanding reviews from travelers. Certificate of Excellence holders are the top performing 10 percent of all the establishments listed on Trip Advisor.
Earlier this year, Grand Residences made the Trip Advisor Travelers’ Choice Top 25 Hotels in Mexico 2016 listing for the second year running, coming in at No. 16. In a new category of Top 25 Hotels in Mexico for Best Service 2016, it came in at No. 9 and it was included in the Travelers’ Choice 2016 listing of the Top 25 Hotels for Families in Mexico.
