This month the construction team working on the Phase 2 units continued with the installation of the air-conditioning system, wiring for electricity and water and sewage pipes. Ceramic wall and floor tiles were also laid and the finishing touches applied to the cement and plasterwork on the walls. The final project to be started in May is that of the drop ceilings.
The residences in Phase 2 will be ready for occupancy after November 1, 2016.
