You will shortly be receiving, or may have already received, a package sent by certified mail containing a letter from our CEO Dr. Kemil Rizk and an informative brochure that gives details of a proposed change in the configuration of the units in Phases 3 and 4 of Grand Residences, the factors that led us to recommend it and the benefits that it offers Owners.
The main change involves the reconfiguration of the majority of the two-bedroom units in Phases 3 and 4, transforming them into three smaller deluxe suites, to meet changing market demands. Improved services and public areas are planned for both phases without impacting the number of guests, facilities or common areas.
According to the terms of the Fractional Agreement and the Law, the motion to approve the proposed reconfiguration of the units in Phases 3 and 4 must be voted upon by owners at a General Meeting. The aforementioned package includes the call to attend the General Ordinary Meeting of Timeshare Holders to be held in the Sales Room at the Resort known as Grand Residences by Royal Resorts®, located at Lote 28 of Condominio El Cid Cancún, in Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, Mexico on June 13, 2016 at 2 p.m., first notice and 4 p.m., second notice, to discuss the proposal and vote upon it.
If you are unable to attend the meeting, you may cast your vote by using the voting form(s) enclosed in the package and sending it in the addressed envelope by certified mail. Please read the voting instructions and the Frequently Asked Questions section before doing so.
In order to register the votes in time and avoid any postal service delays, please send an additional scanned copy of your completed voting form(s), one per contract, to the following email: glopez@royalresorts.com.
