From applying mortar to the walls and ceiling and leveling the floors last month, the construction team moved to the installation of electrical wiring, the air-conditioning system and the plumbing in Phase 2 units. The ceramic floor tiles were also laid this month.
The latest news from the Project Director Engineer Angel Sánchez is that construction started with 80 workers on site, 25 to 30 more are being hired each week as work progresses and the crew will soon be up to around 200.
Here are the latest photos from the site and we will be including more in each edition of your monthly newsletter so that you can follow progress and watch the units taking shape.
The residences in Phase 2 will be ready for occupancy after November 1, 2016.
