Phase 2 construction is underway and has picked up pace this month. January and February were spent planning, selecting and placing orders with subcontractors and in budgeting. The first workers are on property doing masonry work on the walls, ceilings and floors. Here are the latest photos and we will be featuring more in each edition of this newsletter so that you can follow progress in the months to come as the units are completed.
The residences in Phase 2 will be ready for occupancy after November 1, 2016.
