When you dine at Flor de Canela restaurant ask your waiter about the dish of the month. The chef’s monthly special celebrates the diversity of Mexican cuisine, regional specialties and the rich traditions that led UNESCO to include it in the World Heritage list.

In February the Flor de Canela dish of the month is enchiladas. Try classic enchiladas suizas or vegetarian enchiladas in a smooth mole sauce made with Jamaica or hibiscus flowers, spices, chili and chocolate.
